The farm resort lies in the uplands of Talisay City, Negros Occidental where it was made open for the public a couple of years back. It is definitely one of the most affordable resorts I have discovered. The Guerrero Farm Resort preserves its natural panorama of green fields, cultured vegetation, blooming floras, unfaltering grove and impressive collection of wild cacti and exotic plants.
The place is ideal for picnic, swimming, photo shoots, camping, team building, and hosting celebrations such as weddings and birthdays. Horse-riding experience for less is also found here.
Getting to the farm resort involves much zest and energy since the location is situated in the highlands. From Talisay City, take a jeepney going to Conception which is a 40-minute drive from the city’s center. At Concepcion, there are trikes that would take you to Guerrero Farms and would drive you back to Concepcion after your jaunt is over. Yet trike drivers will charge you double if you ask to be driven right to the farms’ location since the trail on the way up there is a tricky slant.
If hiking excites you, then ask the driver to drop you at the overflow and from there, a thirty-minute tramp will save you money and make your trip for pleasure turn into adventure.
